2012-2013 Wall Calendar Photo Contest Rules
1. Eligibility
Photographed buses MUST be IC 2005 or newer or Collins 2007 or newer. Photographs must be unaltered, with exception to color correction. Any alteration to photographs will result in automatic disqualification. You may enter as many photos as you wish; however, only one photo per school/entrant can win. If the entrant’s school, company, or organization has a gift ban the prize shall be awarded to the organization and not the individual.
2. Submission Period
The contest submission phase begins at 12:00 a.m. CT on Thursday, August 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Send contact information to Midwest Transit by submission deadline. Winners will be announced Tuesday, February 7, 2012. The 2012-2013 Photo Calendar Contest has ended! Bookmark this page (by pressing CTRL + D) for next year's contest.
3. How to Enter
E-mail: E-mail photos and contact information to info@midwesttransit.com by submission deadline. (In the e-mail, use “2012 Photo Calendar Contest” in the subject line.)

4. Photo Specifications
File Type: .jpg or .tif
File Size: 300 dpi & up to 10MB - Please send highest quality photo (8x10 quality)
Limit: There is no limit on submitted photos. Send one, send 50... but any given contestant can only place once.
5. Prizes
The top three winners’ photos will appear in the 2012 - 2013 Midwest Transit wall calendar. In addition, the top three will receive cash prizes of $1000 for first place, $500 for second place, and $250 for third place, respectively.
Remember, you can’t win if you don’t enter.

Employees of Midwest Transit Equipment are ineligible to compete. Proof of entry or sending is not proof of receipt by Midwest Transit. All submissions become the exclusive property of MWT, and none will be acknowledged or returned. MWT shall have the right to edit, adapt and publish any or all of the submissions and may use them in any medium without attribution or compensation to the entrant. Entry of a submission in this contest constitutes entrant’s irrevocable assignment, conveyance and transference to MWT of all rights in the submission, including, without limitation, all copyrights. In addition, by entering, entrants represent and warrant that the submissions are original. MWT assumes no responsibility for electronic hardware, programming or software malfunctions or failures. MWT reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion. Winners acknowledge that MWT, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors and promotions have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law relative to any prize, including but not limited to quality, condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
